DMAC – DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY CHALLENGE
These General contest Rules & Regulations are applicable to all involved.

ORGANIZING COMPANY: RTG Group Inc. is a 4 years old Canadian Company and For-Profit Social Enterprise focused on ENDING HUNGER in North America with a new disruptive business model offering full transparency while ensuring “everyone wins more than they put in”. RTG Group USA Inc. is also Registered in the USA with a temporary Office in New York.

CONTEST PERIOD: 15/06/2020 until 31/08/2020. Pre-launch is 01/06/2020

ELIGIBILITY: A contest is open to all Digital Marketing Agencies anywhere in North America, however, due to limited space we are not able to select everyone that applies.

HOW TO ENTER: To apply to enter the contest, follow the instructions provided and a call with Stephen Clarke, RTG Group Inc. CEO will be set-up to answer any questions you may have and finalize the interview process.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase is required. 

PRIZES: There are various cash prizes available in both Stages and at the end of the Contest:  At the beginning of Stage One, they receive $1,500 for advertising and marketing budget. If they hit the minimum quantity each Stage then they are entered into the next Stage. The minimum quantity for Stage One is 1,000 and Stage Two is 2,500. 

At the end of each Stage, the company that hits the minimum quantity will be given a $1,500 bonus (minimum). Each Stage the company that feeds the most will be given a $2,500 bonus (minimum). 

At the end of the Challenge, the company that feeds the most will be awarded $100,000.  The company that feeds the second most would be given $50,000. The company that feeds the third most would be given $25,000.
 
PUBLICITY: By entering a contest, you consent to the use of your name, city of residence, photograph, voice, statement, and image for any publicity purposes.

DECISIONS ARE FINAL: In the event of a conflict between the rules and any instructions or interpretation of these rules regarding a contest, these rules shall prevail.

AGREEMENT OF CONTEST TERMS: By entering the Challenge, each entrant agrees to abide by these contest rules, which are subject to change without notice to contest entrants individually, and each entrant releases RTG Group Inc., its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and advertising and promotional agencies, from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant’s participation in a contest or the use of any prize.

LEGALITY: The contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal information collected from entrants will be used by RTG Group Inc. only for the purpose of administering the contest. By entering a contest, the entrant consents to the manner of collection, use, and disclosure of Company information.
